With over 25 years experience in the Real Estate World, Joy Santiago Clark is Broker/President of Dwellings Unlimited, a boutique real estate company. Joy and her Team specialize in unique housing, including lofts, condos, historic homes, commercial buildings, live-work spaces, first-time home buyers, investor real estate portfolios, liquidation of bank portfolios, foreclosures, development, and commercial properties.
BACKGROUND AND HISTORY:
In 1988 she arranged entertainment travel through her family's company, A&J TRAVEL. In 1990,she established Detroit's First Techno/House booking and management agency, THE MOSHI COMPANY, located in the Historic Palms Building at Jefferson & Rivard. She received an award from the City of Detroit for her accomplishments in creating a piece of Detroit History.
She managed many of the Detroit Techno and House music artists including Founders Derrick May, Kevin Saunderson, Juan Atkins, Eddie Fowlkes, Richie Hawtin, John Acquviva, Underground Resistance, Aux 88, Mike Banks, Jeff Mills, James Pennington, Blake Baxter, Chez Damier, Dwynn, the late Ken Collier, Greg Collier, Alan Ester, Mike Grant, Stacey Pullen, John Collins, Black Girls Rock-Stacy Hale, and more.
1998, She entered the world of REAL ESTATE, and established Dwellings Unlimited in 2006.

A LOVE OF DETROIT: Joy was the Board President of the Villages CDC, East English Village home tour, Lower East Side Action Plan (vacant land re-use ) aka L.E.A.P. She was also on the committee for the Alliance for Digital Equality-a nonprofit organization dedicated to forming a bridge for the digital divide. She also spends time volunteering at Brighmoor Christian Church.
